A Vision for Me

You may be carrying frustration, fear, shame, or exhaustion. You may simply be seeking connection. Whatever you bring, this is a safe space for your truth.

Many of us have sat in this very place — feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or afraid we’d never change.

But we found something life-giving here:

Recovery begins the moment we stop hiding and start telling the truth.

In this meeting, we learn to talk about what we once kept silent.

We learn to listen to our bodies with compassion.

And we learn that relapse is not failure.

Most importantly: We do not recover alone.

When one of us speaks honestly, it gives another permission to heal. When one of us struggles, others hold space. When one of us finds relief, it reminds us that relief is possible.

As you participate, something begins to shift:

Shame softens.

Food loses its power to punish.

Your body becomes a place you live instead of a place you fight. You begin to trust yourself again.

There is a vision for you — a life that is balanced, peaceful, and free.

As we begin, I invite you to gently consider:

What vision do you hold for yourself today?

Not someday, not when you feel perfect, but today.

Let this meeting be a step toward that vision.

Welcome to A Vision for Me.
